Small modifications to an existing website (php,mysql,jquery)

Hi I have a view small modifications to an existing website game. This should be a quick job for an experienced developer. Task 4 might be a bit tricky but again an experienced dev should be able to do this quick. The game is a number typing game. Picture 1 shows the game screen. A shows the number field that is generating random numbers between 0.1 and 999.99. B shows the keypad but this is just an image that does nothing. C is the number entry field where the number typed shows up. D is the score field. For each correct number entered the score increases by 100 points. For each wrong number it decreases by 100 points. The only controls enabled are the number pad on the keyboard. All other keys are disabled. The + on the keyboard has the clear functionality. This 'clear' function works like this: someone enters a number but realises he/she made an error then you can press clear and it clears field C but nothing else changes - people then can retype the current number. Field A disappears after 5 seconds. All character types are recorded including the time between entries. The whole data is saved in a sql database and can be seen via a php site as shown in Picture 2. I need the following modifications done to this small test game: 1) The random numbers generated are in the range of 0.1-999.99 with 5% full integers (no comma values) I need this changed now so that numbers in the range of 100.00-999.99 will be generated. basically always the format [login to view URL] always two decimal places so for example 100.01 or 100.10 or 329.20 etc. 2) [login to view URL] shows the sql table I need this output or table structure changed to: a single row of individual digit data (the time between digit presses is recorded). A the moment it looks a bit messy. 3) add an option to the game source where it counts how many numbers are entered. So that the game stops after for example 30 total number inputs (correct or wrong). Some easy field like x=30 will do. For x=0 the game should just go on forever. 4) The most tricky one : The time the number field A disappears is at the moment fixed to 5 seconds. After the above changes people always have to enter 7 characters as the number has the format xxx.xx. So for example 123.04 that would be 1+2+3+.+0+4+Enter so always 7 except if they correct themselves then it is maybe more. I need a new field in the sql database that calculates the total time someone enters the number (speed), Then another field that calculates 80% of the total speed to enter a complete number. According to this speed the number field will disappear. The reason for this is that slow people might enter slower and fast people too fast so that when the number field disappears it is not difficult for them as they have enough time. That's it - I'll happily take the successful developer on for more small modifications on that in the future.
