I need a simple web site which should log visitors details in a mysql table and and keep track of the previous visits based on IP address The following has to be save in DB for any user who visits the web site 1. IP address of the User 2. OS 3. Browser 4. Device 5. Date and time visited and a message should be given to the visitor saying you IP has been recorded, thanks. When you login as an admin, 1. The admin should be able to see all the IPs and count that the IP has visited the website 2. When the admin clicks on an IP address it should be displayed on the screen in a table format showing all previous visits by the IP (Please see the image attached)

This is very easy task. I can build the script and admin interface in 2 hours or less. Also the database structure and working demo. One advice though, unique IP does not mean unique visitor. proxy?
