I am looking for a developer to create a simple internal POS (Point of Sale) system that can be accessed online. Here are the details of the project: Specific requirements: - The system should be able to handle sales transactions, inventory management, and generate sales reports. - It should have a user-friendly interface and be compatible with different devices (desktop, mobile). - The system should allow multiple users with different access levels (cashiers, managers). - Integration with payment gateways (such as PayPal, Stripe) is required for online payments. Budget: - My budget for this project is less than $500. Preferred programming language: - I am open to any programming language for the POS system. Ideal skills and experience: - Experience in developing POS systems or similar applications. - Proficiency in web development and database management. - Familiarity with payment gateway integrations. - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. If you are confident in your ability to develop a reliable and efficient POS system within the given budget, please submit your proposal. Thank you. This is NOT an online ecommerce site, it is for our repair shop to insert new orders among many features but it can be accessed online with some security to ensure only local people to the shop can use it unless there are exceptions possibly by geography or IP. The deadline is two weeks and initially for start I will escrow $100 and more as the project progress. I will release all funds once project is fully complete and to my satisfaction. You must be a programmer and not work in a team and work with me on a daily basis talking on freelancer which also includes voice calls through freelancer. I have already written all documentation up but during the scope of the work small things might need changes or additions so factor this in but it will in no way be anything extensive and unfair to you.
