Script changes

I have a control panel which allows me to admisiter user accounts, users, money owed etc. the general stuff expected of a control panel. Everything works but I need some changes as using it is a little pain the the previous coder didnt understand what i wanted. As the control panel works it is just some general changes needed ot make it easier to use. For example, the control panel handles SMS's the come in, but for me to set a country up is a pain and there are too many processes, it just needs to be stream lined better. I think there is only about 10 smallish changes needed. I would also like it to look abit better. I'm a coder by trade i just dont have the time to do this and my other projects. i know how much this should cost and the size of the job so anyone bidding really high I will just delete the bid, please do not waste my time. If you have any questions then please ask. There could be room for more work in the future also.
