We have a simple PHP form that queries a MySQL database. The MySQL queries are not working . We need this repaired. The queries are not complicated - we are just selecting from 1 table. You will need to: 1- Create the database and table - we will give you cPanel/FTP access and a CSV file with the data 2 - Fix the PHP/MySQL so it generates the correct output - we will provide the form and the broken PHP file We have a working example of this form on a different website that you can review for the functionality. We will consider the project complete when the form has the same functionality as the example website we will provide. PM for example of the form and files if you would like to review them.
