Remove spam redirect on my website and clean up

I will need help cleaning up my website. It's a drupal site and as a admin when I try to go to the site like this [login to view URL] it redirects me to a page that's someone's spam site selling Viagra. I have no clue what else could be wrong with it. I would need someone to look over it maybe scan it just to make sure its clean otherwise from anything else. If there needs to be additional work over fixing the redirect and the scanning I would like to quote out again or talk to the coder to get an estimate.

Bonjour, Je suis un nouveau Freelancer, j'ai entendu parlé de ce site par un ami et je me suis décidé de me lancer. Je vous informe juste que je suis un IT Manager dans une grande entreprise en Algérie avec sous ma coupe 4 ingénieurs talentueux chacun dans son domaine ainsi qu'un technicien de Help Desk. Avant d'arriver à ce poste j'était l'administrateur réseau et l'administrateur système de l'entreprise pendent 4 Ans. notre système d'information est sous environnement Windows Server 2008 avec tous ce qui s’amène avec, c-à-d Active directory, DNS, DHCP, GPO, et MICROSOFT EXCHANGE avec plusieurs Contrôleur de domaine. Tous ça pour vous dire que j'ai une très bonne expérience avec l'environnement Windows Server et Microsoft Exchange et je peut très bien vous être utile pour vous régler votre problème de GPO. Votre problème est du a une technique de piratage appeler "Empoisonnement de DNS", et c'est probablement relative à votre nom de domaine et pas à cause de DRUPAL ou votre site web. j'ai déjà eu un problème telle que le votre.
