What I'm looking for: 1. I have an MS Access database, written by me, has to be converted, with small changes in its appearance (like full-screen usage), into PHP with an SQLiteStudio database stored at first local on PCS later maybe on my site. (Address I will give later) 2. The database is multilingual (changing the language based VB codes written by me and a dictionary) the future solution has to be able for the same language changes too. 3. It has to be able to import data from MS Excel (.xls or .xlsx) 4. The PHP has to run under Browser(s) like IE, Chrome, Firefox etc. 5. I will give as a present this program for my friends, familiars, customers. 6. I need the source code if I will make later small changes. 7. I have approx US$ 250-300 for it. 8. I’m ready to pay it in two steps, first I get the program, second, if the debugs are realized and sent to me.
