My website is [login to view URL] - Its developed in Opencart. Now a days, i am having timeout issues or website loads too slow ( 20 - 23 sec) - I contacted hosting company and they have told me that mysql query is generating a lot of request due to which websites either load slow or process is killed due to timeout. I need to get this fixed. I have a strace file got from hosting company. I need to get this fixed on urgent basis as my website gets down.

The sql statement on line 2492 takes around 13 seconds according to the log. It looks like this is the only statement which takes longer than a few seconds. It might be the solution to optimize this sql statement.
