[login to view URL] develop a web page where we can paste some text and that text will get broadcasted to some chat rooms that we want to choose. THe age is internal and its just control panel, does not need any fancy design. User should logon using any credentials and be able to paste large text to be broadcastet. The text is news from websites. The code you develop shoul be able to accept text from some type of API, or socket. FOr example, in LInux, I should be able to do this echo " hello everyeone" | pipe to your program and then broadcast hello everyeone. Any method will work. I have no preference on coding language, we need someone long term to maintain this.
