Hi, I'm looking to create a new website, I am willing to pay on an hourly basis or as a full project but as advertised as a full project. This is a fairly big development, so long term hourly continues support will be offered if required. The website project - the idea is to build a social platform specifically for blogger and reader. This is NOT a platform to write blogs, just a webspace that collates all blogs into one place and provides a structured system for users. Example: 'UserA' signed up to website, shares link to their recent blog post, whether this be through a blogspot site or personal domain supported running wordpress. When sharing / uploading this blogpost to my website, they will they place under a 'topic'. Please see [login to view URL] for how they structure content, I propose to have this structured system but for written blogs rather than video. not too sure which languages this would be best built on, .php?
