Hi, I did a lot of similar projects and can show you an example I did lately. I can suggest to you a module in Microsoft Excel which issues invoices/orders/question as follows: Preparation of three sheets: a client list, a product catalogue (prices) and a primary database with the invoices/orders/question. The user fills a form with customer ID and product ID and excel shows complete invoice/order/Question and converts it to PDF file. At the same time, Excel updates the invoice/order/Question in the primary database and updates the other reports as well. There is a search engine with high search capability to find specific information. The app allows you to open/edit/delete resources and conduct a central database with the records Based on the information in the central database, you will be able to get reports and chart like Project Status and by other indicators. During the reporting process, Excel validates the information and prepares reports and documents based on the needed parameters and criteria. There is a report generator which enables to develop templates independently.

Hey, I reviewed the spreadsheet you shared and read through the requirements brief as well. As you rightly mentioned, the spreadsheet may have a lot of functionality but it does not seem intuitive and could certainly be made slick. To be able to suggest the modifications, I have a few questions: 1. Is this spreadsheet currently in use? I.e. if you actively use this then you would be able to explain the scenarios the new workbook should be able to handle. 2. It seems like the workbook uses a lot of steps to arrive at the final quote (as described in the help sheet) but I am assuming the actual process would be a bit simpler and would not require so many steps. Right? I can re-design this complete setup and make it much more intuitive and easy to work with.
