Hello, This will be an easy project with someone who has a lot of experience. I am a long time employer here at Freelancer. My budget is not very high for this project, but I can give a 5 star rating WHEN successful completion of this project has been made. Note: This is not a project about giving away ratings, but finding people who do GREAT work and since I have a lower budget. I can offer multiple 5 star ratings in exchange for 5 star work. Here is what the project is about: 1. I have an app and almost all of the code is complete. 2. We have 3 scrapers. 3. 1 works great, just needs to be tweaked a small amount 4. The other 2 need to be connected. 5. I have the paypal code for pricing. Just needs to be adjusted also. I have document and files ready.
