I need help setting up PTR Record, SPF Records, DKIM on VPS

I am having a really hard time finding support for setting up the following: PTR Records for domain SPF Records for domain DKIM? Records for domain My account is with Bluehost and I own a VPS.. and support on bluehost refuses to help.
