Modify existing MOODLE site for displaying <code> in project Pages

We are developing an online classroom using MOODLE for teaching about Arduino based coding. Using existing editor, <pre> tag will represent project code. There may be an exiting module for this feature, I would need it installed and function on our Moodle site. Please respond with what you can/cannot accomplish, expected timeframe and cost. Need <pre> formatted text area to include: NEED: Scroll box in code window to limit lines of code visible "Copy Code" to clipboard as an option for code box DESRIED: Line Numbering while displaying code Text color coding consistent with C++/Arduino projects. Autoformatting button to adjust indenting and spacing as in Arduino IDE.
