Modify a divi themed portal website, fix relavent problems for greater user experiences

Hi, May I invite your help on one of my wordpress websites. It is a job featured portal site built on the DIVI theme, and installed with WPjobboard, event, member admin plugins to name a few. I’ll need you to deal with the following problems: 1. contact forms doesn’t work well. Instead of saying your requests has been submitted, users are shown problem sign. 2. registration bar doesn’t appear on home page 3. adding latest job posts to the front page 4. adding a member credit plugin, to credit members for their contributions to the site. 5. configure multiple language setting 6. modify and user’s home/landing page for job applicant, employer, and sponsors. 7. work out some bugs or settings massed up visual effect of the site Due to our financial policy, we have limited budget and tight schedule for this project.
