Meeting Room Computerisation Process

Hello Guys. I have an IT company in Afghanistan. There is a big project that I can't do it with the team I have. There is a UN Base in Kabul with a lot of security. They have got a meeting room and want to computerise the place. It is a place like a Parliament in which 200 participants can join an event. They are about to buy tablets for each seat and place it under their desk. Most probably these tablets will be Android. Our company is responsible to make a system with following details: [login to view URL]: a. The System will allow certain users (e.g. House Leader) to set the Agenda. b. All Members of the House will be able to view the Agenda. c. The Agenda information will be saved in the system. d. If possible and required, the Agenda information will be synced to the existing e. Conference System. f. The Agenda information can be set and viewed in 3 languages i.e. English, Persian and Pashto.(I can help with Persian and Pashto translation and etc) 2. Communication: a. The System will allow certain users (e.g. House Leader) to send Public b. Announcements. c. All Members of the House will be able to send and receive messages. d. Messages can be typed or written. e. Messages can be typed in 3 Languages i.e. English, Dari and Persian 3. Voting a. The System will allow certain users (e.g. House Leader) to define and Start Voting. b. All Members of the House will be participating in the vote in one of the two ways. i. Member places his/her finger on a fingerprint reader and then presses a button on the voting panel. The fingerprint reader is not available today and needs to be installed and integrated with the existing Conference System. OR ii. Members places his/her finger on a tablet to enter the system and then uses the Voting tab to submit his/her Vote. The Voting tab will show icons (e.g. Red, Green, White cards) to allow selecting a Vote c. The System will allow viewing Voting Results. d. Vote definition and Voting Results will be supported in 3 languages Pashto, Persian and English. 4. Knowledge Base a. The System will present information on relevant Laws, Rules and Members. b. The information, in multiple languages, will be entered using a terminal. c. The information will be available in 3 languages. Pashto, Persian and English. Important Notes: 1)If necessary we might need you to travel to Kabul for installation and etc.(Don't worry it is not the worst place to travel and we will take care of you the best way). There is another option if you can train some of our guys we might come to your place. 2)We would like to award the project to some one or company from India or Pakistan as the travel is easier and cheaper. 3)We can help you with Persian and Pashto part so no worries on that. 4) Please give us a brief explanation on how you wanna do it.
