On server there is many emails lists, need to verify them.
Verification should be done by checking if domain exist or not, if domain do not exist, then email should be removed from the list. And also should be removed if email has some bad signs like - % * and other. We just need to clean list and need to make that cleaning super fast, as programs in market is very slow.
Email lists will be in our server, program should automaticaly take list, find the collumn with emails and start verify process. After verification program should remove rows with bad emails and save list in the same format. Formats of the lists csv, xls, xlsx, txt.
Also we should see which lists and when was verified. Need this as soon as possible.

As I am freelancing in my spare time, I will be able to work in the evenings and weekends, but can be reached via email anytime and would prefer this sort of communication.
I can make the cleanup very fast by making use of the database server to filter those email addresses that do not comply with the current RFCs. Instead of deleting them and making a CSV file of them, it is also possible to make columns in the database that store whether the address is valid and when it was checked last. These would be set to NULL whenever an email address gets updated.
Please be aware that checking for domain existence is a process that involves DNS, which means network traffic, which also means some delay. This can be sped up by making another table with domain names and storing whether they are valid and (again) when was the latest check. It would be possible to check unknown domains immediately and recheck every domain once in a week.
