Before starting the project please backup current website. English page is now fully converted to RTL by theme developer but they misnamed it so you should try to rename English page to Arabic or duplicated it as it’s perfect RTL version because I asked theme support to fix few issues.   Secondly create another store in English which is copy paste from the first store but LTR which can be done from the settings in dashboard.   Then remove all current pages and categories and create new ones based on this website structure [login to view URL]  And obviously customer will be able to browse all pages and categories in both languages and switch from one to another without going to home page. Navbar (Menu) should be the same as [login to view URL] in arabic and [login to view URL] in english as explained above. As well as the structure of the categories and products filter. Final website should be look the same theme currently shown the following: first page should be in arabic (rtl is fully converted in (english store) so just rename if possible from enlgish to arabic. 2- You can delete arabic store and creaet another enligish duplicated from the first store and should be converted to LTR. 3- All categories, pages structure and menu (navbar) should be the same as [login to view URL] in english and same as [login to view URL] in arabic (all text in arabic version should be in fully arabic) translation can be take from the same website www.ar.shein.com. we should expect to see arabic page in fully arabic.
