Hi We have a website which requires patches 6788 and 7405 installing. The 6788 patch we have tried to install but get the following error message: "ERROR: "/home/theribbo/app/etc/" must exist for proper tool work" so we aren't sure why. Also, we shoud note that the 6788 patch has compatibility issues with some of the plugins on the website, these are: AdjustWare_Cartalert (this plugin sends out abandoned cart emails which Bradley says is a worth while feature) Aitoc_Aitsys (this is an installer for the above plugin) Cubix_AddressLabel (used for printing labels) Pisc_Euvat (used for VAT calculations) So we need to ensure when the 6788 patch is installed these plugins still work 100% right.
