Hello, We need to build up a Magazine QR code Scanner App. We need both iOS and Android App. Scope document with proper drawing of apps what we want is attached with this post. Please check all those and read carefully the apps requirement into the scope txt file. Please remember - The web services, data base related all work with any admin control we will make as per your requirement. That is not your task. Your task is the apps design and developing it in iOS and android. We need both apps. Its better if you start direct html of that screen design as those are very simple. No need the PSD design. We have $175 budget for this. For developing the UI and the apps for both platform. If your requirment is high enough than that mentioned above, then please do not apply here. Thank you.
