Looking for Senior PHP developer familiar with RESTful API

I am looking to set up a similar example to this print server: [login to view URL] I have set this basic sit up on a vm : [login to view URL] however this is just the concept. ideally we do this on node or some other easy to implement rest api. where I can have the same concepts via REST. I can add print queue, attach printers to them. then I will post a webhook with some data that needs to be put into what they call star markup [login to view URL] after the json is formatted I will pass it to the needed printer. endpoints would be something like: /addQueue /addPrinter /testPrint then I would set up a place to accept webhooks and those hooks would have all the info needed to send to the right printer. take a look at the api documents its pretty straight forward. not stuck on any particular tech, just wanna get it done and be able to access it via rest.
