Fix Registration Page functionality

url: [login to view URL] a) fix the memberships to free, silver and Gold set at $0, $25/year + GST and $50/year + GST respectively, and free Gold with video upload– also the admin panel needs to be fixed to reflect the ability to change these from admin panel- currently not functioning b) Remove line on Payment Type as we only accept total payment c) Date of Birth – a member must be at least 19 years of age on the date of registration- this means that the code must be set so that on each advancing day the age of acceptability advances one day. For example- today is the 30 of September 2009- therefore anyone that enters a date that would make them younger receives an instant notification- “We are sorry. You must be 19 years of age to be a member of Fun Fantasy Dates. Please revisit us when you turn 19. Thankyou.” The system is working but basically the individual is not notified until they fill the whole registration form. d) Country- pull down list show list Canada first, the US second and then the rest of the countries because we are launching first in NA e) Province- this should be expanded to be Province/State and include Canadian Provinces and US states- in the future we can include provinces and states for all countries but we are basically launching in NA right now f) Where people are selecting a free membership type we have to include a Captcha code to validate their registration- but where the membership is paid this is not necessary. So if they select free membership to start the registration form is refreshed and the payment options are removed and they are sent to their email to validate their registration. Once they validate their free membership they are returned to a login page so they can access all the features of the site. Where they select a paid membership they fill out the form and submit their payment. Via paypal and go to the paypal login and payment. When they complete this they have the option from paypal to return to main site. g) If they have a promotional code which is generated from the admin panel by us, they enter the code to get a free Gold Membership. Obviously the database must capture the registration type- and date of registration- free, silver, gold, gold with promotional code. h) Anyone who registers as a free gold with video upload does not pay, but their free Gold membership which has a 6 month validation, is not validated until they actually upload a video to the website, and that video is approved by administration. i) Submit button not going to paypal j) Check to be sure the upload form associated with the Member Registration form functions [login to view URL]
