We need to develop virtual online classroom platform as MVP (minimum viable product) similar to WizIQ - Adobe connect which contains main features live streaming using Azure media service Each instructor can create his own online virtual classroom with limited numbers of attends , he can aslo write or draw on it and share his screen Each learner can attend at any virtual classroom via specific URL and listen to instructor at the same time. the system will be MVP so there's no many features expected ** Technology ** PHP - MVC framework (Laravel - codeigtner) - Azure infrastructure ** IMPORTANT NOTE ** You should familiar with Azure media service or at least know about it. How long will it take you to finish the job? and what tools and technology will you use ? we need to discuss first to understand your requirement in detail after that i can give further detail about time line and also the feasible technology for that...but we can go with PHP (MVC) framework with Mysql or node.js for back-end and use HTML5, Angular.js, Jquery UI at front-end.
