The portal should provide an exceptional search experience, display results in a clear and organized manner, and offer advanced filtering options.
The primary goals of the project are as follows:
1. Develop a user-friendly portal that provides public access to OCR-enabled legal judgments.
2. Implement advanced search capabilities, including keyword-based search, filtering, and advanced search options, to enhance the user experience.
3. Integrate OCR technology for text extraction and indexing from judgments.
4. Utilize advanced technologies such as vector search, Natural Language Processing (NLP), and machine learning to improve search accuracy and relevance.

Good day, I have understood scope of work but my main concern is that your selected budget range is very low. So, would you be flexible in your selected budget? As our team estimate is higher and I am not sure how you selected this budget for your project on Freelancer website, because cost of any project is based on the overall features/functionality. However, If you are not flexible in your budget, then no problem and I respect it.
