I need an online, web-based scraper to gather data from a single large website. It needs to have the ability to be commanded from anywhere, and run as web-based program, changing it's IP in order not to get blocked requests from the website it is scraping. The winning bid will only be awarded to someone that has done many scrapers before and it needs to work perfectly as per my notes. I have a screenshot, CSV and notes to explain the entire project. The data needs to be outputted into CSV or XLSX. I don't care how or what language it is written in, as long as it outputs the file as per my sample. I event have files for a stand-alone attempt of this scraper, that is NOT web-based and never quite worked, so the winning bidder is welcome to look at those, if need be.

Hi) I did many scrapperd (phone dcrappers, mails, and other). But U have some questions. 1- Do You have Your server? 2- You said about changing IPs. There arr 2 methods. 1 - use proxies. In this case You must give me these. There are multiple companies that give proxies for money. 2nd solution is to use Ip of web client and do scrspping via javascript but that is problematically because browser security policy. And 3d question - what to scrap? Can You give the site and info what to scrap?
