Hi members, I need a date and time slot booking script integrated into my PHP form that is located on a custom web app ive developed for my business. Basically when i client logs in, they request a task from the "submit request" page (see attached "[login to view URL]") So here is how it needs to work...... When a client clicks on and selects a "location" from a drop down list, the dates and time slots available for the that specific location can then be chosen by the client (dates and time slots i must be able to control from an admin section), then the location, date and time slot must be entered into my MySQL database upon the user submitting the form and an email confirmation must be sent to the customer and to admin.
