Hi, Your description is for a very big project, so I would like to know exactly which components you're looking for as the title is just for databases. I am a programmer with 10+ years experience in MSSQL / Java / C# / Android most notably. So are you looking for just a database design, and then a tool with an interface for uploading CSV documents? I think my bid would cover that however it would be best to talk further your requirements. It almost sounds though you're looking for more, including the analysis of the data (so betting algorithms), and interface to display this. Is this true? And if so do you have the algorithms ready? For example if Team A wins at home +75% of the time they get a rating of X, if referee is Y then the chance of 2 yellow cards is %... These types of things - I guess the things you do as a gambler based on your available information will add considerable time to the project - particularly if you have tens or even hundreds of different metrics. Anyways, I would be happy to discuss further if you would like. I live in France too, but I am an Australian. Not a big football (soccer!) fan myself but understand the game very well and could offer my own ideas as to how to examine the.
