Looking to develop a program or tool that scrapes a website for specific data every 15-30 minutes, and then stores the data on a web-based database (such as Amazon s3). The requirement is for this to run from a server. I then also need to gain understanding of programme (I am familiar with programming and scraping tools) and there will be some ad-hoc work the information evolves. Running costs should be efficient (database, server, etc.)
