I would like to develop a page by stages. The first stage is a simple web-page, where a user enter certain numbers and the page does an internal simple calculation and the results are displayed in a couple bar-graphs. Hovering the mouse over a bar displays the data entered by the user. Something along the lines of this page, should be one of the bars: [login to view URL] The user can choose to update the data directly on the pop-up window, if he/she chooses to. The next stage is to allow for the data to be saved on the user's profile. And a third stage is to make a map, where the location of the users is displayed. Vision of the page is attached. There may be some technical difficulty to this project, or may be not if you are really great at making dash-board figures for the web. Our total budget is between 300 and 500 for the entire page. However, I have to admit I am new to Freelancer and do not want to risk the entire investment at once. My proposal is to invest $100 for a working prototype of the first stage (Page 2 in the attached photo). If satisfied we will move to full engagement and future improvements to our page.
