I need a cost calculator added to a website. I am attaching how the pricing is calculated, based on what the user clicks. Also attached is a visual representation of this, although this is NOT the final design, so please keep in mind I will provide a PSD with the final design. A user makes their selections which are highlighted, and this then calculates the total in the backend. Once they have chosen the criteria, they must enter their details (mandatory) and click SEE ESTIMATE. On the next page after submitting, they see their selections and a price at the bottom. They can then book a home visit by selecting a preferred date in the future and completing more information in a form. All information is stored in 2 contact form databases (1) Estimate requests, (2) Home visit requests. Enquiries are also sent via email to admin. The website is built on wordpress and you will need to add a Cost Calculator button to either the footer or the header which opens a new page /kitchen-cost-calculator. Please include in the quote extra time for small tweaks by the client such as text changes etc. No time wasters. Only competent, experiences PHP developers need apply. The code should not break if PHP version or Wordpress version is updated. This needs to be completed by Friday 12th June.
