I have exploring your website and I understand how order code generator supposed to work, and find out some bugs, not only from the server side (php codeigniter), but also from javascript. In order to make the generator work as expected, first the php needs to correctly send response, and the javascript also needs to process it correctly. I really confident that I can solve this problem in single day, because so far I fully understood your problem and spotted some bugs in your code (at least javascript code).
