Good Day, I have a Raspberry Pi connected to a TV via HDMi. I require a platform that will allow me to play a video on the screen, and when prompted ( Via PIR sensor ) the video scales to the bottom of the screen approximately 20-30% of the original value at the bottom. I need to install a PIR sensor on top of the TV so when it picks up motion the video will scale. I need to have the ability to upload the video file remotely. And allow numerous files to play over the course of a minute ( eg. 10 videos - 6 seconds long every minute or 15 videos 4 seconds long ). Sound not necessary. I need to have the ability to configure the PIR sensor for distance. The program needs to download to the Raspberry Pi to ensure it does not stream it. The program must pull new video files from the server when prompted and only when prompted. I need to have an admin portal to view all current videos, and if using multiple units - when the video was uploaded, how many times its scaled, how many times it played etc. I have to have the ability to upload videos to each unit and view all open "4/6 second slots".
