I want to make a comment section for the internet using URL's to start a comment thread. I want it so someone can copy paste a URL in a search bar and if there is not a comment thread already made for that URL i want it to automatically start a comment thread. I want people to also be able to start a thread and comment annonomysly, but if people want to make an account they can do that too. Comment threads can be created for anything with a URL. A news article, a YouTube vide, a product on Amazon, ETC. Not sure on the legality of it but if possible it would be nice for the news article or video related to a comment thread to be displayed at the top of the page. That way people with no subscriptions to all these different online news sites can read the article and comment on it all for free. I imagine the site would have a similar layout as reddit but the difference would be the only way to start a comment threat is using a URL, it will also be the way people search for comment threads. Here is a key issue that needs to be addressed regarding URL's. Example of URL for a video when signed into YouTube account, [login to view URL] Now an example of a URL of the same video when not signed in to Youtube account, [login to view URL] The URL changes when signed into to an account. There cannot be multiple comment threads started for the same video all because someone was signed in to their account. So the URL needs to be automatically changed into the URL related to the Video when no one is signed into an account.
