I had previously asked a freelancer to setup bitvice on my first computer. This freelancer is no longer with his agency so now i need somebody else to set up bitvice to my second computer or other solution that can solve my issue. Background: I have a code that synch a local database to my website. Unfortunately if ip change, i need to add whitelist to blueshost cpanel which is very annoying. Previously it solved through bitvice, but since i reformatted my computer, i need somebody to set it up back for me.
