Auto Import / parse a CSV file to Web Gui (fase 01)

Dear Coders, This is a repost of my previous project but I have changed the original scope (smaller) and changed some of the non functional requirements. What do we need: For our business we need a tool that can be used to display (web gui) a searchable overview of all the service accounts we use in our netwerk with some of the accounts properties. For this we user a powershell script to export this information to a csv file (see example csv) but now we went to have a tool that imports that csv and shows the info on a grid view interface (see example moke up). In this view we can search/filter and sort on the data per column and save a specific search on a subset of the data Dataset: a csv file with 12 columns with max 4000 rows that needs to be imported 1 x per week. We export from 3 sources but the format is the same. Functional reqs: - In the tool you can set/config a default folder where it can import the csv file - Place the csv file in a archive folder when done. - Parse the csv into the database, add/update the existing data and add/update the parse date of a row. - Build grid view Gui with excel like search/filter and sort options. - Make it possible to save a specific data set (example: search for all the service accounts that belong to department 01, and save that collection of rows in a saved in the tool and is clickable later. Non functional reqs: - As long as it can be installed and runs on a Windows Server the rest can be opensource. Roles and rights : Admin: Gets a "change data" button in his gui that allows him to change de data directly form the webgui and a user can only search, view and save a search. Roadmap(out of scope): Fase 02: This is the first step in the process, the next step is to have the ability to make business rules on the data that, depending on the rule, can send an email adres to an account owner. Example (check the [login to view URL] first). IF the password age of a service account is GREATER then 365 days THEN send Email message " Dear user, it is time to renew your password" Also we want to have a dashboard where we can see an overview of the accounts in a graph like how much accounts have a password age are older then 365 in januari, februari ect. If this is all working we want to send much more information this tool but this for the future. Hopefully you understand the purpose of this tool and scope/deliverables of this project. Because I want to start as small as I can I start with only the need for importing a csv, with search and save search options but this is only the start of it.
