Add a B2B section to an all ready online shop

Hi! I'd like to add a B2B section to this website [login to view URL] that is in english, italian and german. To enter into the B2B section the users (buyers/shops owners) have to put their ID data, email address and password that we have generate for them. We can generate the password (that after they could change) because we have already their info, because they are already our customers. We need that users of B2B section receive the password from us because we need to assign them a class of price. In fact, we need to have 2 or 3 price lists, according to their Countries. In this B2B section, can enter only buyers/shops owners and they can be see the same products available in the online shop, but a sell-in price. This means that if a product is sold at €210 (sell-out price)in the online shop and can be sold in just 1 unit to the consumers (final customers), into the B2B section, the buyers/shops owners can see and buy in at €79 (sell-in price). The price must be shown as a full price, not like a sale of the the price in the online shopThere must be a minimum of quantity for their orders. The site is developed in wordpress (Divi theme)+woocommerce. Woocommerce team suggested me to use W. Dynamics Price plugin + W. Memberships plugin + change in CSS to not show the sell-in price like a discount of the sell-out price. We a have a mirror site where to do all tests and then when it's all ready the same steps must be done in the real website. For more info, please contact me via chat.
