I currently have an opencart website that i need to calculate shipping fees based on the city the customer selects. I would like to add different amounts for different shipping regions. I will also like to add an extra cost for international shipping for packages in a particular category

Hi there, Have you got these fees and cost calculations stored in the database or you write them in code? It is regardless what technologies you are using for your website, they are generic changes.
