changing web site / website desing

I require a website designer or a desing company. this is our website, <[login to view URL]> but we have chnaged our business sector, instead of featuring telecom product we will need a new look. I do not need a new desing, old page layout will be fine, below is what I require. - Joomla CMS will need to installed. - Current page will be converted to a joomla template. Please see the paga layout that I have athached here. - we may need a new header, (remove current one and have a very simple logo with white backround) We will be using Joomla, so you must have some experiance in joomla as well. P.S. This is going to be long term partnership as I will need more websites as well. Please contact to me, you will have to show some of your old work. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
