Wordpress Plugin Editing/Development

I need a wordpress plugin developed which allows me to auto-post youtube videos/comments to my blog based on my own defined keywords. I should be able to define which category each campaign posts to, along with the post frequency. I already have a plugin which has these features which you may use for reference. The plugin which I have for your reference also has features which I DON'T need, this is why I need a new one developed. I also need a few features added, such as auto-thumbnail generation and customizable video players for the imported youtube videos. Any additional ideas from you will also be great. The code must be CLEAN, flexible and efficient. This needs to be able to run efficiently on a simple virtual hosting account without using too much resource. I would like to work with the winner on a regular basis on future jobs, I have a lot more work to be done :) Communication via Instant Messenger is required.
