Wordpress existing theme shortcode function update / addition

Hello, Currently my developer is away and I need a development addition to an existing Wordpress Theme. We have many functional shortcodes, however before my developer left for vacation he started a Tabs shortcode and an Accordion short code. I need these to be completed ASAP. All the HTML is there, it really from the looks of it just needs a JS solution and some basic styling to make it work. The styling does not have to be fancy just a basic tab layout and accordion layout - I can tweak the rest. The main goal here is to make the accordion slide in and out like it should, and the tabs function like they should all why staying in the way the other shortcodes have been coded. You have to be able to not change any of the existing functionality or files, or the way the shortcode functions - but just basically add basic styles and js to it, to make it function. The JS if possible should be called from the functions file unless its just minor inline JS. Thanks.
