Need wordpress editing with php

I need image uploading site with wordpress. 1) Public users(they dont need to be member to site) can upload multiple images(*.png, *.jpg, *.jpeg, *.gif) to site as a [login to view URL] they upload images a new page will be created and uploaded images at that page the images must have efects. For Example i want this clicking effect: [login to view URL] //you can modify wordpress slidezoom plugin(It gives clicking effects on uploaded images).But slidezoom plugin only allows admin to upload image.I need it to modify as public user uploader. 2) For every page i need to a rating and commenting plugin like this. For Example: [login to view URL] 3) I want to see list of higest rated pages at the bottom of the home page. For Example: [login to view URL]
