Help With Wordpress Query on Terms + Custom Fields

I need some help writing a Wordpress post query based on a taxonomy term and also 3 custom field values. The custom field values will be dates - 3 dates in fact. I need the query to call posts inside a custom taxonomy term and then query only posts within plus or minus 2 days of any three dates set in the custom fields. In addition, I would like the +/- 2 days to be changeable, preferably in the front end, so that a user can change +/- day from 2 to 1 day, or 3 day, probably up to 7 days. I'm using Advanced Custom Fields plug in for my custom fields. Initially I would like this query written for one page. I hope after it's written I myself can copy code and make minor modifications for my needs. Please let me know if this sounds like something you can do and what type of time schedule.
