Convert custom html site to wordpress template 2

Please see the url as attachment. This site is very basic custom html right now. we want to have this implemented into wordpress as template. The pages should be as wordpress pages and almost all contest must be editable from us. Tempalte should be fully wordpress (latest version) compatible. Please make sure you are Wordpress expert to apply. We dont want copy&paste bids please. I will deposit full amount and will release this after page has been fully completed and sent to us.
