Software for write and read data from smart card Database local and on internet Poker clock I need a small software that allow to register our club poker player in a database by smartcard... the database have to store all personal data like name surname address ect.. and other info like how many tornament had been won or how many credits he still have in his poker account on our club. credits can be moved from player to player or from player to the Club. this database need to be readed by a poker clock,this have to be like the one in this link [login to view URL] thats it's necessary couse when registration to the tournament is starting i can register user putting the card in the reader and player will be registred, this will count how many player as in the torunament when this start, and when one user is out of the tournament , he can insert the card to be signed off to the tornament or it can be done manually to, and and the end of the tournament for the user in prizepool the software will add to them the prize they had won. the main database is in a central server, but all clock need to be albe to run without internet connection it will load new data in his database offline and when online it will replace the old data with the new one. and all of our club have the software that allow player to be registered by smartcard. admin section need to be able to activate or disactivate the clock for each club if the pay or not theyr fees. many other feature are require but still not able to declare them ## Deliverables Rent A Coder requirements notice: As originally posted, this bid request does not have complete details.
