Keyboard Mapping Keys Disable Program - Win Mac(repost)

I need someone who can create a custom program (and an installer for the program) that allows some keys on the keyboard to function normally and where other keys are disabled or spacebar. I'd want it to work similar to when you have multiple foreign language mappings: In windows, when you have more than one mapping available, you have an item in the system tray that you can click on to switch. So I really just want an app that will switch many of they keys (ctrl, alt, esc, etc) on or off. I don't want the user to be able to modify it. The keys and there function (either disable or spacebar) will be provided by me to the bidder I choose. It doesn’t really need an interface, just an exe, and then it can minimize to the tray. When clicked in the tray, it can be selected on or off. To close, right click the tray icon and select close. I'd like it to work with Windows XP and Mac OS X at minimum, though older versions of those OSes, and Linux versions would be great, too. You must be able to provide 1 program that will work in both windows and mac or 2 separate programs. Installers for the OSes also. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Windows XP and Mac OS X at minimum
