Expert question : Server backup

What is the best software to backup a Windows 2008 r2 server x64 , I mean a full backup of the server. The idea is perform a full backup dialy over ftp and in disaster case, be able to restore the full system back again in shortest time possible in a new server and all remotelly. Cause I don't have phisical access to the system , it's a dedicated online server. At this moment I am using Acronis Advanced Server Backup 10 edition. I also tested vmware converter to automate this task but seems that the converter does not work and hangs. This server contains sql server databases, emails, documents, etc.. so I need to perform a full backup of this server dialy, I also don't like incremental backups. Any other idea ?
