CRM Application/Software

In need of Customer Resource Management (CRM) software. The application needs to be web based and will be run on a Server.? The application will be tracking the progression of? accounts. Starting at the lead level, moving to a prospect and either? becoming a client or dead end. It will also need to track comissions and create reports based on the data collected. It will need e-mail functionality, preferably compatible with Microsoft Outlook, a Dynamic calander, and a support section? where? documents can be uploaded and downloaded. ? The format of the documents should be Microsoft Word and/or Adobe Acrobat. A troubleshooting ticket section will also be required. The application will have multiple simultaneous users with varying permission levels. Page content will be displayed based on user permission levels. The application should also be able to export the database for backup purposes. This is the basic outline of the project. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows? (depending on the nature? of the deliverables): a)? For web sites or? other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software? installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Windows Small Business Server 2003 SP2. PHP, mySQL, Apache 2.0. Documents will be stored as Microsoft Word and Adobe Acrobat.
