I need a piece of software that will display a web based survey on a computer and will not let the user do anything else until the submission page has finished loading. I have attached a zip file with a working application. The only problem is that this software records and attempts to read the administration settings, including the website addresses from the Windows registry which regular users do not have access to when logged in. If the setting were stored in a config file in the programs directory, I believe the app would work fine. The program needs to be able to check to be sure an internet connection exists and if not, terminate the application. If crtl+alt+S is pressed the application starts, the survey is displayed and time intreval to the next time the survey is displayed is reset. If crtl+alt+X is pressed the application terminates (a safety escape kind of thing) Features to be included in the password protected administration section: 1. Administrators can set the interval at which the survey appears. 2. Administrators can set an option to activate or deactivate the the window close button 3. Administrators can set the url for the survey page 4. Administrators can set the administration password 5. Administrators can set an option which determines if the application loads with windows startup. I have attached the application. Install it, run it, and then press crtl+alt+S to see what the application does. to access the admin area, double click on the icon in the system tray and use "administrator" as the user name and "admin" as the password. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Windows 98, 2000, NT and XP
