Hello,
The Better Off Band needs a logo and we think that RentACoder is where we can find one. Better Off Band is a new band in the Wichita, Kansas area and performs rock and blues from the past 30 years. For more information about the band and to get a feel for what the band is all about, please check out the new website at <[login to view URL]>
We would really like to see examples of what you can do for us. Previous work is nice, but a watermarked idea of what logo you would design for us would be optimal. We will try to comment to those who post samples with ideas and suggestions of what we like and do not like with the samples.
This needs to be an all-around logo that we will be using on the website, CD/CD jewel cases, and posters so it needs to be something that we can customize later. The winning bidder will need to provide the final logo (without watermark) and all source files.
Any questions should be posted and we will try our best to answer them.
Thank you and good luck!
## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
## Platform
We would like the logo to be scaleable (i.e. resizable without grainy looks) and needs to be completed in Adobe Photoshop.
Probably best if the logo is in JPEG format.
