Adobe AIR Application Using Flickr.com API

We need a very basic application created which will utilize the [login to view URL] API to facilitate the download of images from Flickr.com. Our basic requirements for the application: 1.) We require that the application be programmed in Adobe AIR, such that it can be deployed on any OS 2.) We need the application to have a basic search box which will take input from the user for image searching - for example: if the user wanted to find images of the Chicago Bears, their search string would be "Chicago Bears". The app would then search all of [login to view URL] for images that include those keywords in their titles, descriptions, and/or tags. 3.) The user will also have, as options for input, check boxes for the different license formats on [login to view URL] (Creative Commons, Non-Commercial, Attribution, Commercial, Derivatives, etc etc.) 4.) The user will also have input check boxes for the file size desired (small, medium, large, extra large, original etc) 5.) Once the user has filled in their search criteria, their desired license requirements, and their desired file image sized, the program will then ask the user for the desired local destination folder (Desktop, My Documents, etc etc) 6.) The program will then download all images that meet their combined criteria: their search string, their license format, and their desired size. All of these images will then be downloaded locally to their machine. Only images that meet their exact criteria should be downloaded, and only in the desired size indicated by the user. 7.) The program should also then save an XML file (or similar - Excel, Comma Delimited etc) that includes details about each of the image files downloaded and include all of the following information: The name of the image file, the URL link back to the image on Flickr, the username of the account where the image was found, the license specifications for the image, and (if available) the geo tagging information for the image. No other information is required for the downloaded images. Please see additional details for final requirements of the AIR application. ## Deliverables Additional details required for this application: The program should have a very basic and quick install process (we will supply all images and text for the install screen) and the installation should include one screen which will be a disclaimer (which we will provide the text for as well). The program should also have a standard status bar to indicates the download progress of larger image download tasks, with both a total progress bar and an estimated time for completion for the job. The only other screens required for the program are a successful installation message, a successful download message with a "thank you", and a failed download message with an error code from the [login to view URL] API. We will provide the basic text required for each of those screens. After a successful download the program should have a very simple screen that says either "Quit" or "Download More Images". We do not require any actual interface within this application for the user to be able to view any of the images they are downloading. They can use their standard file browser to go to the local download folder and then use their own image viewing software to view the images. The program should simply take the input from the user (search criteria, license details, desired file size, and destination folder) and download the images that match those criteria. After that it's up to the user to use the images as they see fit "outside" of this application. Beyond these basic requirements the program should be very lean and minimalist. We like the look of the Flump application and that program may be used as the "backbone" of the application we want programmed.
